She works with top brands like: Bush’s Beans, Athenos Feta, The Laughing Cow, Barilla, Lunchskins, IZZE, Calphalon, Jarlsberg, Ocean Spray, Le Creuset, & more! Outside of the food industry, Katie has had the opportunity to partner with companies such as: Hilton Honors, Hilton Hotels, The Four Seasons, Vail Mountain, Winter Park Ski, San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Mexico Tourism Board.

Sponsored Posts include any post on GoodLife Eats where the brand’s message/theme is required as part of the content. Such posts may include recipes developed using brand’s product or simply having a conversational post that surrounds a theme or topic that is sponsored by the brand.
Fee amount TBD after discussion regarding brand’s needs and requirements.
Review items must at minimum be valued at $300.
A review is defined by the brand sending review product to Katie for testing purposes. A post is then written on her experience with product details and specs included.
Statistically, posts with giveaways attached are more often shared through social media than those without. Brand holds responsibility for product fulfillment and shipping.
Giveaways must meet minimum $200 value.
Brand Ambassadorships have many of the same elements found in sponsored posts, reviews, & giveaways. The defining factor is a long term, minimum 1 year contract.
Contracts and fees are agreed upon and signed by both parties. Katie’s Brand Ambassadorship experiences include: Bush’s Beans, Lunchskins, Together Counts, and The Laughing Cow .
