Menu Plan
What a crazy week it was this week! Swim lessons, article writing (for Craft), Daddy/Hubby out of town, double ear infection, cleaning, tantrums, tantrums, and more tantrums. Here’s hoping for a better week, and hopefully some more blogging. I’m definitely still adjusting to this new routine now that it’s summer and trying to stay organized and on top of things so I don’t feel overwhelmed.
- Monday: Lemon Rosemary Chicken Kebabs, Garlic-Olive Oil Couscous, and Grilled Grape Tomatoes
- Tuesday: Grilled Steaks and BLT Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Thursday: Lime Shrimp and Pineapple Kebabs, Coconut Jasmine Rice, and Jicama Slaw
- Friday: Pizza Night, not sure what kind or if we will order or make it.
- Saturday: Leftovers
This week’s sweet treat: I’m going to try my hand at Panna Cotta sometime this week. I feel like a treat that doesn’t involve the oven and it’s something I’ve never made before. Stay tuned!

That sounds like a delicious summer menu! You are inspiring me to get some more summer dishes on mine. I didn't realize you are writing regularly for Craft- that is awesome. I will throw in another vote for ya on the BlogLuxe awards!

With everything else going on, I commend you for planning the menu! I do the same, it provides some structure to what can easily become a crazy, stressful week. Crazy and stressful is bad enough, who wants to "figure out what's for dinner" every night? Let's see if I can remember my menu for this week:Monday – Salmon Cilantro burgersTuesday – Orange Chicken and Shrimp Stir-FryWednesday – Lamb Lemonato with Garlic Roasted Mashed Potatoesand I can't remember past Wednesday! Anyway, good luck this week!

Those lemon and rosemary kebabs sound great – do you have a recipe for them? And I'd definitely say do the pizza homemade, nothing better than that! You should check out springpad's weekly meal planner – it's a great way to organize, collect and share your menus and recipes (like this: http://bit.ly/oFQc8) – I think you'll really like it!Rachel @ springpad
