		<description>Hi Amy - at the time I used AP flour, but I feel confident that you could substitute half for either freshly ground whole white wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour. I do that a lot in recipes now and they come out great. I just haven&#039;t tried it yet with this particular one.</description>
