To Taste Tuesday

This week’s To Taste Tuesday features some delicious looking salad recipes. The unusually warm weather we’ve been enjoying the past two weeks has really put me in the mood for salads. We don’t often eat much salad in the winter months, but instead seem to focus on heartier meals and soups. Spring and Summer tends to bring lighter eating with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Creamy Tarragon Chicken Salad via Eating Well (I’d use fresh Tarragon instead of dried)
