Freelance Round Up
I have a couple new freelance recipe posts to share with you today. I hope you don’t mind me tooting my own horn here, so to speak, but I really love how these recipes and photos turned out. I am so grateful I have the opportunity to freelance for a few different sites and I hope you enjoy the posts.
I wrote this article when Eric’s parents were in town last week. The cupcake recipe makes close to 3 dozen. Between the 4 adults and 2 kids we polished them off in no time. It’s safe to say the new and improved frosting recipe was a big hit here. Chocolate Buttermilk Cupcake recipe can be found here. Want an even richer chocolate flavor? Use half regular cocoa powder and half special dark 100% cacao. For more easy recipes, head over to Tablespoon.
Warm weather is here and for me that means it’s time to get grilling. We love to enjoy a grilled meal with a refreshing cold drink. This Blackberry Lime Spritzer is something the whole family can enjoy together. If blackberries are in season and on sale you can use fresh. If not, frozen blackberries taste just as good in this recipe.
Beautiful! They both look amazing!
Katie, gorgeous, gorgeous, photos! And thank you for the great recommendation for the almond frosting! ๐
