– Cream Cheese, softened – Hot Sauce, according to your heat preferences – Blue Cheese Crumbles – Shredded or finely chopped Chicken – 1/3 cup Celery, diced – 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced – 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon Green Onions, sliced (divided) – 1 cup Fisher Walnuts, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and hot sauce. Beat with a hand mixer until combined and smooth.

2. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, stir in 2/3 cup blue cheese, chicken, celery, red bell pepper, 1/3 cup green onions, and 1/4 cup Fisher Walnuts into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

3. Shape the cheese mixture into a large ball and roll into the remaining nuts to coat the outside. Place on a plate and allow to chill for 2 hours, or up to overnight.

4. Garnish with the remaining 1 tablespoon of blue cheese and 1 tablespoon of green onions. Serve with celery sticks and pretzels or crackers.
