Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

1. Open the can of chickpeas and drain the chickpeas over the sink using a a strainer or colander. Then, rinse the chickpeas with cold water.

2. Add the chickpeas, garlic, roasted red pepper, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin to the bowl of a food processor or a high-speed blender.

5. If needed, add a tablespoon or two of water and continue to blend.
