INSTRUCTIONS

Making the Cranberry Butter 1. Add the butter to a medium sized mixing bowl. Beat the butter until fluffy using a hand mixer with beater attachments; scrape the sides of the bowl down as needed using a flexible silicone spatula. – Tip: For a larger batch, I recommend using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
