Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken

Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken is a perfect easy summer grilled chicken recipe. The chicken tenderloins are marinated in a sweet and savory honey mustard sauce with sprigs of fresh rosemary and lemon juice, then quickly cooked on a hot grill. So good!

Let’s get started!

This is perfect for summertime when I have absolutely no interest in turning the oven on, plus I also love how quick the clean up for this recipe is.

1. Combine coarse mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a 2-cup measuring cup. Finely chop rosemary leaves and add to the mixture with salt and pepper. Stir well and set aside 1/4 cup for basting.

2. Add the chicken and marinade to a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Seal, flatten, and ensure the marinade evenly coats the chicken. Place the bag flat on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least an hour or up to overnight.

3. Prepare the grill be ensuring the grates are cleaned off completely.
