1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 4 individual sized ramekins. Set aside.


2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats, flax seeds, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, lemon zest, and salt. Stir well.
