Easy Cheesy Italian Sausage Gnocchi Bake

This quick and easy Gnocchi Bake is ready in about 30 minutes and feeds a crowd. Tender gnocchi, juicy Italian sausage, marinara sauce, and three kinds of cheese make for a dinner your whole family will love!

If you’ve only boiled gnocchi before, this cheesy baked gnocchi casserole will change the way you view the Italian potato dumpling.


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.


2. Set a large oven safe pan over medium heat. Add the ground sausage and ground turkey to the pan. Using a wooden spoon or other utensil to break the meat into smaller bits as it cooks. Cook until the meat is cooked through, no longer pink, and crumbled.


3. Drain grease from the pan, avoiding drain clogs. Set aside the meat on a plate. Dispose of the solidified grease in a can, then discard it in the trash.
