Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza

This prosciutto pizza recipe is an elegant yet easy weeknight dinner or weekend entertaining idea.

PREHEAT

1. Preheat & Prep: Place a pizza stone or steel in the oven at 550°F (or highest). Heat 45 min. Dust pizza peel with flour and semolina or cornmeal.

VINAIGRETTE

2. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the lemon juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

PREP TOPPING

3. Prep the Topping: Combine arugula, basil, and shaved Parmesan. Toss with vinaigrette just before serving. Enough for 2 pizzas.
