Easy Cranberry Orange Cake with Orange Glaze

1. Preheat your oven to 315°F (157°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan very well.


2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until creamy and fluffy– 3-5 minutes on medium-high speed.


3. Add the vanilla extract and orange zest and mix to combine. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.


4. Separate the egg whites and yolks and set the whites aside for later. Add the egg yolks to the butter mixture and mix to combine.
