My daughter and I made this tonight, but as a side dish to some white bean chicken chili, so we didn’t add the sausage. It was delicious. Hubby, 18 year old, and I all loved it.
This is the best relish I have ever eaten!!! Thank you for the recipe! It’s a keeper!
I made this on Thanksgiving and must say was a side dish that was gone first. People who are familiar with quinoa loved it and people who have never tried quinoa said they did not know this was how it tasted. Definitely a keeper recipe not just for Thanksgiving.
These are fantastic! Mine are just fresh out of the oven and I haven’t found many vegetables that i would actually want to eat as a choice….and these I would choose! They are simply perfect!
I’m printing this one off.
Our Chinese exchange student came home from college for the holidays and I made this green bean side dish to accompany chicken. He does not like cooked vegetables, so I was not sure it would go over. He loved it enough to eat two servings. Thank you for a great recipe. My husband raved about it.
